They are technically canonical events within The Road to Home, but for the sake of having a through line (or something resembling one at the very least) I chose to separate them from the main story. Sometimes I get too many ideas and have no idea how to reasonably implement them inside of the main story I'm writing without breaking the pacing altogether, and sometimes I just can't help but still imagine how every portion of that scene I just thought up would play out. I have no idea what I'm doing with this.
